Incoloy Alloy

Common trade names:incoloy 800h,ferrochronin 800,nickelvac 800,nicrofer 3220 incoloy 800 is a nickel-chromium alloy with good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization.The alloy maintains stable structure during exposure to high temperature,therefore incoloy 800® has good corrosion resistance to many acidic environments.

Incoloy 825 High nickel content made it with effective stress corrosion cracking resistance performance.Incoloy 825 have excellent corrosion resistance in different kinds of media,such as sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,nitric acid and organic acid,alkali metal such as sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide, and hydrochloric acid.

1.Main materials of casting:Nickel-base alloys, Cobalt-base alloys,Iron-base alloys, and other stainless steels.
2.Process:Investment casting,sand casting,hot forging etc.
3.Valve accessories,like stems,valve caps,bolts of living,shafts; pumps,and other components are available.

1.It has high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion when in Halide and H2S contained acid media.
2.In practice,effective in resistance of chloride stress corrosion cracking.
3.A variety of corrosion have good corrosion resistance capability in the normal oxidation and restore environment.
