Incoloy 800 with good strength and wonderful resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature exposure. It was slightly modified into Incoloy 800H. This modification is to control carbon (.05-.10%) and grain size to optimize stress rupture properties. Incoloy 800 is intended for high temperature structural applications. The nickel content makes the alloys highly resistant to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and  embrittlement  from precipitation of sigma phase. In the solution annealed condition, alloys 800 has superior creep and stress rupture properties.The general corrosion resistance is prominent.

Incoloy 925 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. Chemical composition of this nickel alloy is designed to applications which demand good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. It has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. In especial, Incoloy 925 is resistant to halide environment. Incoloy 926 is an austenitic stainless steel alloy has a similar chemical composition with 904L alloy. Molybdenum and nitrogen content significantly increased the resistance of pitting and crevice corrosion in the halide media. Meantime, nickel and nitrogen not only ensures the stability of metallographical, but also reduce separating intergranular trend in the thermal process or welding process better than the nitrogen content of nickel alloy.
