Hastelloy B2 is an corrosion-resistant solid-solution nickel-molybdenum alloy. It has excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive environments such as hydrogen chloride gas, sulfuric, acetic and phosphoric acids. Molybdenum is the primary alloying element which provides significant corrosion resistance to reducing environments. This alloy also has good resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy B3 / N10675

Hastelloy B-3 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking. It has excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. Besides, this nickel steel alloy also has great resistance to knife-line and heat-affected zone attack. It withstands sulfuric, acetic, formic and phosphoric acids and other non-oxidizing media. Furthermore, this nickel alloy distinguishing feature is its ability to maintain excellent ductility during transient exposures to intermediate temperatures. Such exposures are routinely experienced during heat treatments associated with fabrication.

Ni-Mo alloy Hastelloy B  has extremely low carbon and silicon content, which reducing the HAZ carbon and other impurities precipitation and let the weld has sufficient corrosion resistance. Alloy Hastelloy B has very good corrosion resistance in the reduction of medium such as a various temperature and concentration of hydrochloric acid. It also has very good corrosion resistance in the middle of concentration of sulfuric acid solution (or contains a certain amount of chloride ions). Meanwhile, it can be used to acetic acid and phosphoric acid environment. Alloy material suitable only in the metallurgical structure and pure crystal structure in order to have the best corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy C22 / N06022 / DIN2.4602

Hastelloy C22, also named alloy C22, is a utility austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with heightened  resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. This nickel alloy also has wonderful resistance to oxidizing aqueous media including wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chlorine ions. Other corrosives Hastelloy C-22 has resistance to oxidizing acid chlorides, wet chlorine, formic and acetic acids, ferric and cupric chlorides, sea water, brine and many mixed or contaminated chemical solutions, both organic and inorganic. Hastelloy C22 also offers optimum resistance to environments where reducing and oxidizing conditions are encountered in process streams.

Hastelloy C276 / N10276 / DIN2.4819

Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium super alloy with an addition of tungsten designed to have excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of severe environments. Hastelloy C276 is resistant to the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, thus making it suitable for most chemical process application in an as welded condition.  The low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding to maintain corrosion resistance in as-welded structures. The high nickel and molybdenum contents make this alloy especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing environments while chromium conveys resistance to oxidizing media.
